About classes

Martin's ballet classes are based on musicality and dedication (commitment) to moving rather than just executing exercises. He structures his classes on people's needs or what he feels is necessary at specific moment. That is why he starts the class by different types of preparation, like stretching, kardio exercises or yoga. He continues the class with quite basic and simple bar exercises and finishes with centre exercises that are devoted to pure movement. He likes to challenge his students with different tasks and build their skill and self-esteem.
