Loup Abramovici

About

Class consists of a series of exercises designed to warm up and prepare for dancing. We will deal with proprioception, which is the body's ability to perceive the body in space, and with somatics, which is the term for various methods that teach us conscious movement, breathing, and body posture. After the warm-up, we will continue with group work, which will be based on various improvisational approaches.
