Threeday workshop Workshop proposes a guided path to develop the potential of movement, passing from the delicacy of motor processes to the self-organization of the body and its sensitivity. During the meetings the participants will cross their latent potential to discover the infinite possibilities of improvisation and artistic research.The workshop includes lessons in Awareness through Movement® (Feldenkrais Method®); exploration / experimentation of the dance movement; improvisation and choreographic composition.
Biography
Gisela Fantacuzzi (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1981) is a performer, choreographer, dance educator and Feldenkrais Method® teacher currently based in Italy. The focus of her artistic research is the art of performance in conventional and non-conventional spaces, integrating Awareness through movement® (Feldenkrais Method®) into professional artistic practice. In 2005 she founded the independent company insOMnia in Buenos Aires, where she has been working on her own creations (as a director and performer) and presented them in many different contexts; international festivals, local communities and national theaters. In 2011 she moved to Europe and has been collaborating with different artists since then.
From 2018 She works for ARTERIE theater dance company in Italy making workshops and new productions. The last research combines the presence of the body on stage and digital performance.

Where and when
Workshop will take place in SVŠGUGL, Dance and Theatre Center, Kardeljeva ploščad 28 A, in Ljubljana, from 30 August to 1 September 2021, every day between 16:00 and 19:00.
Fee
Price for 3-day workshop is 40 EUR. Fee should be coverd prior to the workshop.
For holders of Praktikum 'yearly' or '10 visits' card: no additional payment.
