About
In the ballet class we search for the connection between the ballet alignement, anatomy of the body and the correct use of it. The barre is intended for raising awareness and understanding of the connection between anatomy and the ballet vocabulary. The center integrates the knowledge of conteporary dance and ballet alignement into the dynamics of movement.
The class is intended for contemporary dancers to perfect ballet knowledge and successfully incorporate it into their performing technique, as well as for ballet dancers, so that they can exceed their dance performance in the ballet.
