With the new release of the mysterious project BUKA VS RAANE, which opens the door to lo-fi hiphop untergrunt with distant connections to old school hiphop, dub, jungle, contemporary art and noise, we weave modern connections between KLON:ART RESISTANCE and NO KLAN Recordings, between noise and danceability, between street and industry, between legit and parody, between companions, collaborators and successors, between DEAD UNDGERGOUND FUTURE and utopia, all wrapped up in the resistance of noise, rhythmic beats and deep bass that oscillate, shake and pulse between past and present.
The cassette edition of BUKA VS RAANE will be available at the event and on the websites of the Kamizdat label.

DUF deals with the disintegration of alternative spaces, which are losing their importance in the world of consumerism, which is reflected in the decline of consumer interest in alternative thought. This is embodied in the dark echoes of hip-hop, techno, industrial and modular sound synthesis.

As a researcher, intermedia artist Marko Batista focuses on topics such as DIY sound devices, soundscapes, video transformation processes, data networking, dynamic intermedial systems, hybrid spaces, the politics of art and other fields of contemporary media art. His sound performances and installations are based on a tradition of research in the field of experimental techno-media related to the production and distribution of sound signals in mechanics, electronics and art. It also enters the field of sound systems and the hybrid field between mechanical and digital. In it, through the sound medium, he embodied a tangle of wires, digital technology, mechanisms and mechanical transmissions of various sound signals, torn between the meaning and meaninglessness of the signal and noise. Through all this, in a hybrid technological nature (a combination of mechanics, electronics and, ultimately, art), he expanded the milieu of modern post-techno culture, seasoned with echoes of bass culture and noise, which he also embodied decades ago in the KLON:ART RESISTANCE audiovisual collective.

Marka San first established himself as a bass music DJ and producer as one half of the no longer active dubstep duo DubDiggerz. His author's approach transcends genre boundaries, so he prefers to bet on a mixture of grime, footwork, dubstep, jungle, hip-hop and electro sounds. He is the founder of the renowned dubstep label DeepEnd! and the new NO KLAN Recordings label, and he also hosts two radio shows on the British radio station Noods and the local Radio Študent, where he regularly proves himself as a curator and selector.

Dadaeast (Tadej Markelj alias Mr. Tado alias Dj Dado) is a legend of the Slovenian underground scene, ex-singer of the band Srečna mladina, scratch guy for Magnifica, half or a third of the Ironic Tronic project, rapper in Šlagwerk, main man in his alter ego under the pseudonym Mr. There. In his more than 20-year-long career, he was a pioneer on the Slovenian hip-hop and breakbeat scene, the godfather of electro DJing, etc. He now works as a producer under the name Dadaeast, under which he creates a mixture of organic and programmed music. After the debut single Permanent Vacation l. 2020 for Beton Records and releases Bentos Zoo Vol. 1 and 2 on Annuaki Records returns to work with a full album of his new idiosyncratic mix of electro, hiphop, breakbeat and heavy sampledelia.

''Kamizdat Rentgen'' is a glance under the surface of the skin, a look into the fleshy entwinement of bones, muscles and nerves that shape the heterogeneity of the sound bodies. It is a series of music events organized by Kamizdat to increase the visibility of adventurous music makers who dare to venture into the territories where no one had been before. The events are often closely connected with the label’s new releases.
