About

The class will be a combination of body-weather warm up routine and explorational somatic exercises. Rhythmically diverse movement patterns, challenging in coordination, which run linearly through space will be the basic movement frame, inside which we will focus on different anatomical directives. The purpose is to raise awareness of, understand and embody the muscle/skeletal connections, improve the body alignment and besides that gain strength, endurance, flexibility, grounding and precision.
