About

The body is material, object and subject, that is always a dialogue with what is unknown to it, what it knows and accepts aboutitself and what rejects. Through different exercises therefore we create a form of movement, that provides a logical, integrated, stable and rhythmic structure, always in logical relation to space and specifics of each body. The breathing exercises warm up the body and allow it to better energy flow. The first phase of training is aimed at organizing body on the floor, with an emphasis on movement, which integrates rhythm, coordination and endurance through spatial and kinesthetic awareness. In the next phase we work on the body through the vertical position, raising the awarness of the central axis of the body, which provides smooth, dynamic transitions through different qualities and techniques of movement. Class concludes with a simple choreographic sequence, leaving an open space to the expressive notes of each individual participant.
