About
Basic teaching goals in this synthesis of contemporary technique are:
- to give body peacefulnes and awerness to be ready to move
- to find placement in standstill on the floor and in standing and then to direct the body in space
- to develop awareness of a body in space (extensions, opposite dynamics, directions in space defined by the limits of body itself)
- to be conscious of the fact that the body takes a certain position in space
- to connect technical elements with shorter exercises of improvisation that create a double relationship - placement of the body in a place and space
- to enjoy to move
