We will meet each Thursday and see what we are at, and how this »what we are at« makes us move and play. If at all. In the manner of a play B-side (http://bstran.federacija.net) we will raise some dust in order that this »what we are at« rearranges into some other »what we are at«. The purpose of so much messing with a dust is to observe the mechanisms of rearrangements of dust particles. So, then we can meet next Thursday and play the set of improvisations better. You are also invited to bring along some objects, ideas, concepts, moods, songs, video... to discover their and our b-side.
Biography
Gregor Kamnikar is a researcher of movement and play. He applies elements of play in field of performing arts within the framework of developmental play Commoveo. He concluded his artistic career as artist Gregor Kamnikar 25th April 2011 with a farewell improvisation dance solo »39 (exercises to die for)«. Since then he creates new artistic name with each new project he is engaged in. He co-established Federacija Collective in 2009 together with Snježana Premuš and Andreja Podrzavnik. In 2012 he published a book »Zmes za ples« (»Dance Blend«) commissioned by JSKD, for more playful and creative approach to contemporary dance. Meanwhile he has been enchanted by clowning. And sometimes one can hear him moderating radio programme. He speaks 7 languages and is already learning a new one. He enjoys being and eating.
