Matej Kejžar finished School for New Dance Development in Amsterdam at Hooger Sshool for Kunst. During his study he went to New York to join T. Brown repertoire program. He was also part of Movement Research scholarship program. After study he join The X-Group program at P.A.R.T.S., post-graduating program in Brussels.

He is based in Ljubljana, where he works and lives. He is working in the fields of dance pedagogy, as a dancer and choreographer. As choreographer he created several pieces among In this game, As you can see it is not about that, At senses at time, ZAC, Senser, Simultaneous, Burlesque, Little Red Riding hood; to see you better ... As a dancer he was working with various choreographers from abroad and at home.
